They emphasize that schools must evolve to prioritize students' individual needs. Since learners exhibit diverse types of intelligence and learning preferences, a one-size-fits-all approach is no longer sufficient. To truly support every student, education must be adaptable and personalized. Unfortunately, the current education system often makes customization costly and complicated.

To bring about true transformation in education, meaningful shifts must take place that challenge and change the existing norms. In their influential book Disrupting Class: How Disruptive Innovation Will Change the Way the World Learns, authors Clayton Christensen, Michael Horn, and Curtis Johnson suggest that the future of education depends not just on the integration of technology, but on how it is strategically implemented.

Education as a Sacred Trust & UIPM as the Bearer of this Divine Mandate

1. The Meaning of Education as a Sacred Trust

Education is a sacred trust because it originates from God, who commands humanity to seek knowledge, teach it, and apply it for the benefit of all. Spiritually and morally:

Knowledge is divine light that illuminates the heart and mind.

Those granted the opportunity to learn and teach carry a spiritual responsibility to use that knowledge for the good of humankind, not to harm, deceive, or oppress.

Education is not a commodity, but a sacred mission for human dignity and enlightenment. next
